Manager of Legislative Relations Andrew Cunningham will also become executive director of the Infrastructure Council.

Attorney General Kwame Raoul filed a lawsuit Thursday against Bridgeview-based Drive Construction Inc. “for a years-long conspiracy to pay millions of dollars of wages in cash, and skirt laws intended to protect Illinois workers and ensure fair wages,” according to Raoul’s office. Between 2015 and 2020, the company received $40 million worth of public works construction projects, according to the lawsuit.
