The Chicago Department of Transportation announced on Wednesday that crews on Sept. 12 are scheduled to begin resurfacing Michigan Avenue between Oak Street and Ohio Street. The resurfacing project is expected to be completed in November and will include work on ADA crosswalk ramps, bus pads and the road’s underlying infrastructure. Throughout the construction work, at least one direction of traffic will remain open.
