President Biden has issued a disaster declaration for Illinois as a result of the terrible flooding we experienced on the Fourth of July weekend. This declaration will bring with it access to individual assistance, including grants, low-cost loans to cover uninsured property losses, as well as other programs that are designed to help individuals and business owners recover from the effects of the flash flooding that occurred."
