Leaders from Bally’s, the operator of the forthcoming riverfront casino downtown, were grilled by alderpeople during a Wednesday hearing in the Committee on License and Consumer Protection on the gaming company’s recent announcement that they were reevaluating a full buildout of their $1.7 billion casino and resort project.
