Kristen Faust, of the Illinois Housing Development Authority, told lawmakers Thursday a new report from a national group found as many as 320,000 renters in Illinois could face eviction by January.

As many as 320,000 Illinois renters could be facing eviction by January when a nationwide moratorium expires, according to a recent report highlighted during a Wednesday legislative hearing.
