    Supreme Court set to hear case Tuesday deciding the fate of cash bail

    The Illinois Supreme Court will hear a case Tuesday morning to decide the fate of Illinois’ highly controversial Pretrial Fairness Act — the portion of the SAFE-T Act that eliminates cash bail.
