A measure that would keep the Chicago Bears passed the Illinois Senate early Monday morning, but did not receive a vote in the Illinois House of Representatives.

The Illinois General Assembly approved a $55.8 billion budget late Sunday night, backed by $55.9 billion in revenue.
The revenue package includes a new social media fee and a new taxing framework for fantasy sports, prediction markets and digital advertising, though some revenues will be pending legal challenges.
