    Former State Sen. Marty Sandoval (D-Chicago) is expected to plead guilty in federal court in Chicago Tuesday morning after federal prosecutors unveiled a two-count indictment of the one-time Latino political heavyweight Monday — more than four months after his offices and home were raided by federal agents.
