Attempting to seize on an opportunity afforded to by the bad press Commonwealth Edison has received since being charged with bribery in federal court, advocates in support of the Clean Energy Jobs Act (CEJA) introduced a revamped package that they say will move Illinois closer to 100 percent renewable energy.
