The Chicago Plan Commission on Thursday approved the adoption of the Englewood Agro-Eco District Land Use Plan, planned developments in Washington Park and Auburn Gresham and a zone change in Grand Boulevard to accommodate a Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) project.
