In addition to the big headline items outlined in our City Council wrap, and other items previewed in the days ahead of council (the crackdown on party buses, the expansion of the city’s Smart Lighting program, and a call for the city to back the Environmental Protection Agency and the federal Great Lakes Restoration Initiative) aldermen and Mayor Emanuel introduced dozens of measures that caught our eye.
