    Neville sworn in as Supreme Court justice, vows to seek justice for poor, disenfranchised

    Illinois Supreme Court Justice P. Scott Neville, Jr. vowed Friday to use his voice for the “poor, homeless, mentally ill, disenfranchised, the left out and the down and out” as the newest member of the state’s highest court.
