Bruce Rauner and Democratic challenger JB Pritzker will face each other for the first time in a formal debate setting Thursday night, but the men will also be joined by two third-party candidates at the NBC-5/Telemundo Chicago forum. Meanwhile, one of those third-party candidates, State Sen. Sam McCann (C-Plainview) has put out three new ads, but has no immediate plans to air the ads on TV or online.
