Bruce Rauner’s lead and did not criticize the president by name, while Rauner reversed his plan to send Illinois National Guard Troops to the southern border. Meanwhile, Rauner friend-turned-foe Dan Proft’s PAC reported a big contribution from packing goods magnate Dick Uihlein.
