Leaders of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency faced questions from the Illinois Commission on Environmental Justice Tuesday.

Members of the Illinois Commission on Environmental Justice grilled leaders of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) on Tuesday over the agency’s handling of inspections, compliance and enforcement amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The mail-in vote process in Illinois was clarified in accordance to a new emergency rule addressing signature requirements. It was adopted Monday by the State Officers Electoral Board.
