    The bipartisan and bicameral Joint Committee on Administrative Review (JCAR) will meet on Tuesday as the Illinois State Police (ISP) continue to gather feedback and questions from members of the public on how the agency will enforce the state’s assault weapons ban when it takes effect on Jan. 1.
