    Illinois Tollway releases capital plan funded by 45 cents tollway increase

    The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority released its $26.6 billion capital infrastructure plan backed by a 45 cents increase in tollways included in the Northern Illinois Transit Authority (NITA) Act.
