    Illinois Gaming Board looks to expand Self-Exclusion Program for gambling disorders to include video gambling

    The Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) approved new rules last week to modernize its Self-Exclusion Program, renewed the license of a Joliet casino and approved 29 video gaming establishment licenses, including 11 in Chicago.
