Despite the holiday week, Democrats in Illinois spread campaign money around, a bulk of which ended up in the campaign accounts of Democratic Attorney General nominee State Sen. Kwame Raoul (D-Chicago) and his downstate colleague State Sen. Andy Manar (D-Bunker Hill).
