A discussion around two new appointments to Chicago’s Low Income Housing Trust Fund board expanded Tuesday to include needed changes to the city’s next five-year affordable housing plan, the affordable requirements ordinance and direct city payments intended to help make rent more affordable for families in all of Chicago’s neighborhoods.
