Chicago Ald. Pat Dowell (3), Ald. David Moore (17) and Clerk Anna Valencia on Wednesday offered specific changes they would make if they become Illinois’ next secretary of state while former Illinois Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias focused on national politics.
