Michael Rodriguez (22) said an ordinance setting framework to revoke property tax incentives from irresponsible developers that passed the City Council’s Committee on Economic, Capital and Technology Development Tuesday will ensure companies are held responsible for their actions and that public dollars are being spent wisely.
