    A City Council committee on Tuesday approved the reappointment of a Chicago Park District commissioner. The budget committee is set to accept a grant for the city’s Department of Housing and hold a hearing on the city’s spending of American Rescue Plan dollars. And the aviation committee will consider a ground lease with AT&T.
