The City Council Committee on Zoning, Landmarks and Building Standards on Tuesday approved the expansion of a Lincoln Park college prep school, the redevelopment of the former Ford City Mall and a new Amazon warehouse in Gage Park, as well as a proposed designation of a Far North Side street as a historic landmark.
