    The City Council Committee on Zoning, Landmarks and Building Standards on Tuesday postponed a vote on a massive residential development planned to be built north of the Bally’s casino but approved other projects, such as a new grocery store in Jefferson Park, housing development near Goose Island and a townhome project on the Northwest Side.
