Chicago voters this fall will weigh in on the development of permanent festival and outdoor event space for large events, the reinstatement of gunshot detection technology and the proposed pursuit of cost recovery associated with the impact of the federal government’s immigration actions in the city, with the City Council officially finalizing its three November ballot questions at a special meeting Wednesday.
