    The City Council Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety on Monday will hold a hearing on the Chicago Police Department’s (CPD) use of traffic stops, their impact on safety and community-police relations and the potential policy reforms being explored by the department and the civilian police oversight commission.

    The committee will meet at 10 a.m. in council chambers.
