    The City Council Committee on License and Consumer Protection on Wednesday will consider an ordinance to give members of the City Council more power to control where short-term rentals are located in their wards, consider the latest proposed geographic ban on hemp-derived intoxicant sales and learn more about Uber’s erroneous overcharging of the city’s congestion fee.

    The committee will meet at 10 a.m. in council chambers.
