The City Council Committee on Housing and Real Estate on Wednesday will consider two property tax incentive designations, an appointment to the city’s Low-Income Housing Trust Fund board and a lease extension for a community health center in Pilsen. 

The housing committee is scheduled to meet at noon in council chambers.
