    Housing committee advances new minimum heating requirements, pilot program for affordable housing search portal

    The City Council Committee on Housing and Real Estate on Wednesday approved changes to the city’s minimum heat requirements for some residential and commercial buildings, the first steps toward an affordable housing availability portal and land sales to accommodate new housing projects in Grand Boulevard.
