The City Council Committee on Finance on Monday advanced two revised redevelopment agreements providing taxpayer funds to assist with infrastructure like roads, plaza and parking space and pedestrian walkways surrounding a new sports stadium on the Near South Side. 

But the committee deferred a planned vote on the transfer of the rights to the city’s parking meters.
