Alderpeople on the City Council’s ethics committee on Monday held hearings on the Chicago Office of Inspector General (OIG) Audit and Program Review (APR) Section’s 2025 Annual Plan and on the proposed changes to the Chicago Board of Ethics rules and regulations.
