    The City Council’s economic, capital and technology development committee on Monday will consider a proposed property tax break for a massive development planned to be built in the footprint of the United Center and the establishment of a pilot to install digital informational kiosks in select parts of the city. 

    The committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. in Room 201A at City Hall. It will also be the first meeting helmed by newly selected Chair Derrick Curtis (18).
