    Community Development Commission recommends TIF assistance for Humboldt Park nonprofit center, Lawndale industrial laundry with wraparound services

    The Chicago Community Development Commission last week recommended approval of the allocation of millions in tax increment financing (TIF) funds to support a shared nonprofit resource center in Humboldt Park and a revitalized industrial laundromat in Lawndale.
