Mayor Lori Lightfoot will go before the City Council to give her annual budget address Oct. 3, the mayor confirmed during Wednesday’s City Council meeting. A schedule for departmental budget hearing has not yet been posted, but they are expected to follow Lightfoot’s budget address.
