Mayor Brandon Johnson and the city's Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection announced the issuance of the request for proposals (RFP) for the $3.5 million Small Business Capacity Building Program on Friday. The program will be funded through the American Rescue Plan Act, and RFP submissions are due by Oct. 15 at noon.
