Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) Comm. Tom Carney, Alds. Maria Hadden (49), Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth (48) and Andre Vasquez (40) gathered to announce the completion of a streetscape redesign and improvement project on Clark Street between Devon Avenue to Arthur Avenue, including turning a portion of Arthur between Clark Street and Ashland Avenue into a pedestrianized space and rehabilitating a plaza at Clark Street and Schreiber Avenue. The streetscape project is part of the Vision Clark Street Corridor Master Plan.
