The city and Bally’s will hold a town hall on the permanent casino site from 6-8 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Chicago Tribune Publishing Center, 700 W. Chicago Ave. The public engagement meeting is set to focus on updates to the casino plan including design, traffic and infrastructure. Additional information and registration is available online.
