The Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities announced Saturday that the final round of grant awards through the Diverse Learners Recovery Fund for Students With Disabilities was accepting applications through Nov. 15. The program is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act and provides one-time cash grants of $500 for one student or up to $1,000 for a maximum of two students per household to Chicago families of K-12 students with disabilities.
