Cook County Board of Review Comm. George Cardenas's (D-1) office announced Monday that property tax expert Myer Blank would join the office as a special assistant for intergovernmental affairs. Blank was executive director of the city's Taxpayer Assistance Center under former Mayor Richard M. Daley.
