The City Council Committee on Housing and Real Estate will hold a subject matter hearing Wednesday on the Chicago Housing Authority's (CHA) plan to address vacancy rates for scattered-site properties. The hearing will be the committee's first of bi-annual CHA hearings. The meeting will take place at 1 p.m. in council chambers.
