The city's Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection on Tuesday announced 18 new grantees of the department's Neighborhood Business Development Centers (NBDC) grant program. The department's $3.3 million program is set to bring specialized business programs and services to help entrepreneurs and business owners launch and grow their small businesses.
