Mayor Brandon Johnson announced on Thursday that the city would begin to offer some mental health services at Legler Regional Library as part of a partnership between the Chicago Department of Public Health and the Chicago Public Library (CPL). Legler is the third library to offer mental health services as part of the city's partnership with CPL.
