The Neighborhood Building Owners Alliance (NBOA) will host its annual Summer Soiree on Thursday, Aug. 1 from 5-9 p.m. at Seven Star, located at 2017 W. Howard St. in Chicago. Interested attendees can purchase tickets on the NBOA website.
