Leaders of the Chicago Department of Housing will host a news conference at City Hall at 9 a.m. Tuesday to promote Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s “Connected Communities Ordinance” ahead of its hearing in the City Council’s zoning committee at 10 a.m.
