The CTA on Wednesday unveiled a new interactive dashboard to track the transit agency’s performance. The new dashboard offers users the ability to look back at 13 months of historical performance and the option to customize information to their preferences. “CTA is a data-driven operation and we use many key performance indicators (KPIs) internally to manager our performance," CTA President Dorval Carter said in a news release. "I am excited that our riders will be able to look at some of the same KPIs to track us."
