Cook County Treasurer Maria Pappas's office on Wednesday announced it had mailed out nearly 1.8 million Tax Year 2024 First Installment property tax bills, which will be due March 4. Additionally, the office said more than 12,000 taxpayers have already paid $64 million through its online system.
