The Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) announced a redesigned BACP Entrepreneur Certificate Program Tuesday "to make completing the program easier, quicker and more efficient," according to a news release. The redesign includes a new portal that allows people completing the coursework to view their progress in real time. The program helps support startups and small businesses early in development with loans through BACP's partner bank, CIBC Bank.
