Students and teachers from Vaughn Occupational High School, in partnership with Mikva Challenge, will lead a “Parade to the Polls" at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Chicago Early Voting Supersite at 191 N. Clark St. The event is an initiative to provide students the opportunity to register to vote and to cast their ballots.
