An Active Transportation Alliance town hall event is slated for Saturday, March 2, to allow members of the public to share their experiences using local transit with elected officials and other community leaders. The free event will take place on March 2 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 2976 S. Wabash Ave. in Chicago. Sponsors of the event also include the Transportation Equity Network, Chicago Jobs with Justice, Center for Neighborhood Technology, Equiticity, Metropolitan Planning Council and Access Living.
